REFUND:
A 15% restocking fee is charged for returned items. NOTE! All sales are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you:
- Return the merchandise to us within 15 days of delivery date.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. NOTE! Used items will be discarded at will not be sent back.
- You must include all packaging materials.
- You must pay for any return shipping expense.
- Display the order # prominently on the outside and inside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
EXCHANGE:
- Return the merchandise to us within 15 days of delivery date.
- We only allow one exchange per item within the 15 days period.
- There is no restocking fee. A fixed payment of $4.99 for shipping fee is required to be paid upfront before we can ship out the exchanged item(s).
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. NOTE! Used items will be discarded at will not be sent back.
